What we collect

Only what you give us through the contact form: name, company, email, phone and the content of your message.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and, if you ask, to send you a proposal. The legal basis is your consent and steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Who has access

REDCONVE and the providers we use to run the website and deliver messages (website hosting and a form delivery service). We do not sell or share data for advertising.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case statutory retention periods apply.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent by writing to info@redconve.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
